A workshop with Leadteq is the starting point to your Marketing Automation

By going through your current organisation, processes and needs, we can define an effective Marketing Automation Strategy. The next step could be an in-depth pre-study, or a quick set-up through the concept Leadteq SMARTSTART where we install and configure Eloqua to fit your short-term needs.

In the first part of our workshops, we focus on present processes and information flows, and looks at what can be improved and/or changed. There´s three main areas that we always go through;

  1. Organization – Staff, Responsabilities, Authority, Markets
  2. Processes – How does your lead generation process perform today? How do you qualify your leads?
  3. Systems – What are the systems used today? E-mail Marketing? CRM? Internal Databases?

During this day we will gather fact around your present situation to be able to suggest improvements. You will get questions in advance to prepare internally. The second part of this process is to go through your answers and findings to get a common view of the current status/situation.

The second part of the workshop will then put focus on possible changes and improvements – where do you want to be in 12 months? Are there any good examples to look at, competitors, other business areas or possibly amongst Leadteqs other clients?
